RESPONSIBILITIES

A Solution Specialist identifies customer needs andprovides tailored solutions by combining products, services, and expertise toaddress specific business challenges effectively. They collaborate with salesteams to create proposals, conduct product presentations, and address technicalinquiries before the sale is finalized. They support sales teams (RAM, KAM, AM)to close deals and ensure the solution design is fully validated, the solutioncan be properly operated, SLAs can be met by Airtel Africa. Occasionally and for non-standard solutions,they ensure successful project delivery by aligning customer requirements withcompany resources, overseeing timelines, budgets, and deliverables, andmaintaining effective communication between all stakeholders throughout theproject lifecycle.
