  • Maintain the company vehicles by inspecting, testing and undertaking preventive maintenance, such as engine turn-ups, oil changes, tire rotation change and replacement of accessories such us filters, brake linings etc.
  • Ensuring good work functions of the vehicles by getting feedback from the drivers, repairing engine failure, mechanical and electrical multifunction’s, replacing parts and components and repairing body damages.
  • Verifying vehicle serviceability by taking regular inspection.
  • Ensuring good appearance of the company vehicles by making sure they are well kept by being well washed and painted.
  • Maintain vehicle records by recording serve and repairs and making sure that all serviced vehicles have the service cards.
  • Ensuring maintenance equipment in order.
  • Reporting to the company authorities any issue that may be noted which may interfere with normal functions of the vehicle.
  • Keeping an inventory of service parts, receipts and verifying them.
  • Overseeing vehicle painting and body maintenance and major damages.
  • Co-ordinate maintenance work being carried out by other service providers.
  • Ensuring safety during maintenance in line with the company policies.
  • Making sure that duties are performed with integrity and any unbecoming behavior by any staff should be reported to the senior management immediately for action.
  • Keeping the yard working area clean.
  • Performing any other duty that may be delegated to him by the senior management.
