Who we are:

Our client is a startup hotel located in Juja focused on delivering exceptional guest experiences with a modern approach. We're building from the ground up and looking for a dynamic, resourceful, and experienced Hotel Manager to lead operations and help shape our identity.

Key Responsibilities:

· Startup & Brand Development:

Contribute to the development of the hotel's brand identity and culture and help shape policies, SOPs, and the long-term strategy of the hotel

· Compliance & Safety:

Ensure adherence to local laws, safety standards, and hospitality regulations and maintain property security, cleanliness, and hygiene protocols

· Operational Leadership:

Oversee all hotel departments (front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage, maintenance, etc.).

Manage daily operations to ensure quality and efficiency

· Financial Oversight:

Assist in setting and managing budgets,

Monitor revenue, expenses, and profitability and

Oversee inventory, procurement, and cost control

· Guest Experience:

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and personalized service

Resolve guest complaints and issues promptly and professionally

Qualifications:

· Proven experience as a Hotel Manager or in a similar hospitality leadership role

· Strong understanding of hotel operations, guest services, and team leadership

· Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills

· Hands-on mentality and willingness to "wear many hats"

· Familiarity with PMS, POS, and reservation systems

· Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Business, Tourism, or equivalent. Professional certifications and significant leadership experience in the hospitality industry may also be an added advantage.

Salary- KES: 80,000
