<h1><strong>Job Summary</strong></h1> <div>_______________________________________________________________________</div> <div>The ICT Support Executive – Networking & Infrastructure will ensure installation, configuration, operation, maintenance and user training of ICT hardware and software systems and related infrastructure. S/he will be responsible for providing support for ICT servers, desktop computers and laptops, networking equipment, operating systems, applications and security software, as well as data storage and backup systems and end user devices as applicable. The ICT Support Executive – Networking & Infrastructure will play a pivotal role in ensuring that the organisation’s technology backbone operates smoothly while also safeguarding it against potential threats.
