JOB SUMMARY

Alba Hotel Meru is seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Coordinator with expertise in software, hardware, and networks. The ideal candidate must be a critical thinker and a problem-solver with great attention to detail, excellent communication and people skills for effective end-user support and teamwork.Qualifications:BSc/BA in information technology or computer science is preferred2-3 years' experience in a similar role.Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, and hotel management systems.Proficient in troubleshooting and network configuration (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN).Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.Attention to detail and ability to work in shiftsPlease share your CV to the Email provided

RESPONSIBILITIES

Provides day-to-day support for all internal hotel IT systems and users, minimizing any system outages.Gives technical support to guests on software/hardware complaints.Supports the installation, configuration and troubleshooting of hardware and software on PC workstations and laptops.Supports users to ensure they have access to the appropriate computer systems, and that workstations are working properly.Maintains the security and confidentiality of all software and information stored in the hotel.Follow company policies related to security and operation of computer system to ensure business safety and integrity. Troubleshoot and repair technical problems or issues related to computer hardware and peripheral equipment.Enter commands and activate controls on computer and peripheral equipment (e.g. printers) to integrate and operate equipment.
