Proactive Virtual Assistant (Admin & Data Focus)

Other Jobs To Apply

No other job posts for this day.

We are a lean but growing eCommerce brand selling natural products, with customers mainly in Europe and soon expanding to the US and Australia.

We’re hiring a Virtual Assistant to help us run smoother by taking ownership of a variety of administrative and operational tasks from keeping product and vendor data in order to reporting, documentation, and supporting customer service.

You don’t need to be an expert in everything. What matters most is your ability to understand what’s needed, figure things out, and get things done. We’ll guide you at first, but you’re expected to quickly take ownership, improve the processes you touch, and grow into bigger responsibilities.

We value initiative, strong data and documentation skills, and the drive to raise standards over time.

The role starts part-time with the potential to grow full-time. If you’re looking for a place to just tick boxes, this won’t be a good fit. But if you’re curious, resourceful, and want to grow with us long-term, we’d love to hear from you.
