We are looking for results-driven, self-motivated Real Estate Sales Agents with excellent communication skills. You will be responsible for promoting and selling our properties to individual and institutional buyers. The ideal candidate will possess strong client relationship skills, in-depth knowledge of the Kenyan real estate market, and a proven sales track record.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Actively identify and pursue new clients through online leads, referrals, site visits, cold calling, networking, and social media.

  • Consultative Selling: Conduct professional property presentations, understand client needs, and effectively communicate project features, benefits, and investment potential.

  • Client Tours: Organize and lead property site visits and show house tours.

  • Negotiation & Closing: Skillfully negotiate terms, address client objections, and close sales transactions to meet/exceed individual and team targets.

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring outstanding service throughout the sales cycle.

  • Market Intelligence: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Kenyan real estate trends, competitor activity, relevant regulations (Land Act, property transfer processes), and our project details.

  • Sales Reporting: Accurately update sales activities, client interactions, and deal progress in the CRM system. Provide regular performance reports to the Sales Manager.

  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Customer Service, and Project teams to ensure seamless client experience.

  • Continuous Learning: Actively participate in training on products, sales techniques, and market developments.
