<strong>Job Description<br><br></strong><strong>Role Summary <br><br></strong>The Job holder will coordinate the registration of members, processing of benefits, marketing, and customer experience.<br><br><strong>Duties And Responsibilities<br><br></strong><ul><li> Registration and Compliance </li><li> Updating member details on benefit files for processing;<br><br></li></ul>(ii) Handling walk-in customers with queries and escalating the same to senior staff;<br><br>(iii) Receiving and dispatching employer files for updating;<br><br>(iv) Receiving, sorting, and batching member benefit files for processing;<br><br><ul><li> Analyzing employer files to extract non-compliance issues;<br><br></li></ul>(vi) Compiling schedules of assessment/unpaid contributions;<br><br>(vii) Maintaining and updating bounced cheques register;<br><br>(viii) Maintaining and updating installment undertaking register;<br><br>(ix) Maintaining and updating defaulters undertaking register;<br><br><ul><li> Responding to customers inquiries (Inquiries related to compliance issues); and<br><br></li></ul>(xi) Extracting member's data from the ICT system for update of members' accounts.<br><br><ul><li> Requirements for Appointment </li><li> Diploma in any of the following disciplines: Social Sciences, Business Administration, Law,<br><br></li></ul>(ii) Public Relations, Marketing, Archives, Record Management,<br><br>(iii) Information Science or related field from a recognized institution;<br><br>(iv) Proficiency in computer applications from a recognized institution and<br><br><ul><li> Fulfilled the requirements of Chapter 6 of the Constitution.<br><br></li></ul><strong>MODE OF APPLICATION<br><br></strong><strong>Applications Should Be Submitted To Us As Follows<br><br></strong><ul><li> Visit our recruitment platform https://jobs.ajglobalconsult.com and click the (jobs<br><br></li></ul><strong>Section to access the specific job) </strong>or directly click https://jobs.ajglobalconsult.com/ and make an online application.<br><br><strong>OR<br><br></strong>ii.
