The RM is responsible for B2B acquisition and retention, achieving sales and collection targets, and ensuring top-tier service delivery. This role also includes assisting with stock management and operational tasks to maintain high product quality and ensure seamless order fulfilment.</p> <h4>Key Responsibilities:</h4> <p>1. Sales and Client Management</p> <ul> <li>Proactively identify, engage, and onboard new B2B clients for fish, Ice flakes and chicken products.</li> <li>Manage and grow relationships with walk-in and corporate clients to maximise repeat business and customer lifetime value.</li> <li>Follow up on sales leads, inquiries, and customer feedback to convert prospects and improve service.</li> <li>Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.</li> <li>Ensure 100% payment collection on all product sales, with ZERO outstanding debt.</li> <li>Support and process orders for walk-in customers at the MDC while ensuring a professional customer experience.</li> </ul> <p>2. Customer Service</p> <ul> <li>Serve as the key contact person for assigned accounts, ensuring fast and effective resolution of client issues.</li> <li>Educate clients on product options, pricing, and availability to drive informed purchases.</li> <li>Maintain updated and accurate customer records and sales logs in CRM or other assigned systems.</li> </ul> <p>3. Stock and Operational Support</p> <ul> <li>Receive, verify, sort, and store incoming stock to maintain inventory integrity.</li> <li>Conduct periodic stock counts, quality checks, and participate in packaging and labelling to uphold quality standards.</li> <li>Support the timely and accurate dispatch of orders to both walk-in and corporate clients.</li> </ul> <p>4.
