Job Summary

We are seeking disciplined, vigilant, and physically fit individuals to join our security team. As a Security Guard, you will be responsible for safeguarding client premises, monitoring security systems, and ensuring the safety of personnel and property.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct routine patrols to detect and deter security threats.

  • Monitor and control access to premises.

  • Respond promptly to alarms and incidents.

  • Maintain detailed records of activities and occurrences.

  • Ensure compliance with company and legal security protocols.

  • Interact with clients and the public in a professional manner.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Age: Between 24 and 40 years.

  • Height: Minimum of 5 feet 10 inches.

  • Education: KCSE Certificate with a minimum grade of D+.

  • Identification: Valid Kenyan National ID (original and two photocopies).

  • Photographs: Three recent passport-size color photographs (taken within the last six months).

  • Certificates: Original and photocopy of Secondary School Leaving Certificate.

  • Good Conduct: Valid Certificate of Good Conduct (issued within the last six months) or proof of application.

  • NSSF & SHA: Original and photocopies of NSSF and SHA cards.

  • KRA PIN: Original and photocopy of KRA Personal Identification Number (PIN) certificate.

  • Chief's Letter: Original letter from your area Chief/Sub-Chief with postal address and contact details.

  • References: Original letters from three referees (non-relatives, non-government officers, and non-employees of Broadfield Security Services Ltd) with full contact details and copies of their IDs.

  • Experience: Letters of recommendation or certificates of service from previous employers, if applicable.

  • Residency Maps: Detailed sketch maps of your rural and urban residences.

  • Curriculum Vitae: Typed and updated CV.

  • Document File: A file to organize and present all documents
