In this role, you will collaborate with manufacturing technology peer groups to deliver consistent manufacturing technology processes. You will be recognized as a technical expert and will be responsible for partnering with the business and commercial leaders to enable strategic growth projects and build competitive advantage.</span></p></div></div><div style="padding: 10px 0px;border: 1px solid transparent;"><div style="font-size:16px;word-wrap: break-word;"><h2 style="font-size: 1em; margin: 0px">Key Accountabilities</h2> </div><div><ul><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;">Provide deep technical expertise for the design standards, process capabilities, hazard analysis, performance monitoring, technical training and incremental and significant improvements for select manufacturing technologies.</span></li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;">Develop design standards across the engineering disciplines for a given manufacturing technology, translating requirements into technology transfer packages and manufacturing technology standards including evaluating process risks.</span></li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;">Establish performance goals and metrics for specific manufacturing technology, partnering with stakeholders to improve performance of processes with operations.</span></li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;">Provide consultative leadership in developing and administering technical education programs to ensure the development and competencies of subject matter experts as related to the manufacturing technology.</span></li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;">Provide mentoring and coaching to manufacturing technology and process engineers within their specific manufacturing technology area and aid in identifying talent gaps.</span></li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;">Lead development of roadmap by collaborating with Research & Development for manufacturing technologies, understanding industry trends, applying experience and mastery and partnering with the business and research and development to develop strategy and derive value from intellectual property.</span></li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;">Assess and develop complex business case scenarios and technology alternatives including technical leadership for new product and process design to meet business strategy and identify improvement opportunities.</span></li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;">Responsible for developing and delivering the high-performance innovation portfolio within the technologies and collaborating with the business and commercial teams to deliver the technical expertise to enable customer focused innovation to fuel business growth.</span></li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;">Provide expert consultative guidance for initiating strategic long-range goals and objectives.
