Job Description:

  • Provide insurance quotes and utilize selling techniques to close sales
  • Provide a high level of support and consultation as it relates to quoting, selling and servicing insurance policies
  • Resolve customer complaints and seek management assistance for complaint resolution
  • Monitor and maintain a closed loop feedback process to ensure customer requests and expectations are exceeded
  • Establish open communication and build professional relationships with other departments
  • Execute specialty team processes and strategies as assigned by OnStar Insurance leadership

Requirements:

  • Must hold current Property and Casualty (P&C) or Personal Lines License in at least (1) U.S. State or be able to obtain within 30 days of start date required.
  • Possibility of working long hours may be required to support business needs
  • Limited travel may be required to support business needs
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule to include evenings, weekends, holidays and potential shift changes
  • Occasional overtime or split shifts may be required
  • 0-2 years of customer service experience Preferred
  • High School Diploma or equivalent Required
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Preferred
