MNC Jobs Info is seeking motivated and dependable Field Collection Agents to join our dynamic recovery operations team. This is a field-based role primarily focused on collecting EMIs, loan payments, and utility bill dues from customers on behalf of financial institutions and service providers. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and a willingness to travel locally. Key Responsibilities

  • Visit customers at their residence or business premises to collect overdue payments (EMIs, bills, or loan repayments).

  • Explain outstanding dues clearly and professionally to clients.

  • Negotiate payment solutions within company guidelines and customer capability.

  • Update collection status in company systems in real-time via mobile apps or reporting tools.

  • Ensure timely and accurate submission of daily/weekly field reports.

  • Follow ethical collection practices in compliance with RBI and company policies.

  • Coordinate with the internal billing or legal department for follow-ups or escalations.

  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum qualification: 10th Pass; 12th Pass or Graduate preferred.

  • Good verbal communication skills in local language; basic English/Hindi is a plus.

  • Strong interpersonal and persuasion abilities.

  • Familiarity with smartphones and GPS tracking.

  • Ability to work independently with a disciplined approach.

  • Local area knowledge and ability to commute across different neighborhoods.

Experience

  • 1 to 3 years of field collection, recovery agent, or doorstep sales experience preferred.

  • Freshers with strong communication and negotiation skills will also be considered.

Working Hours

  • Monday to Saturday

  • Timing: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

  • Occasional evening visits based on customer availability

  • Sunday off / rotational weekly off

  • Basic understanding of loan/EMI terms, collection procedures, and local regulations.

  • Self-motivated and target-oriented approach.

  • Ability to manage field visits and time effectively.

  • Trustworthy and ethical behavior when handling customer finances and personal data.
