You’ll take charge of the architectural design lifecycle for high‑profile, landmark projects—ensuring each design aligns with our ethos of innovation, sustainability, and excellence. Responsibilities Lead architectural design from concept through construction, ensuring alignment with client brief and regulatory standards. Prepare schematic layouts, detailed drawings, 3D models, and visualizations. Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, interior designers, and external stakeholders. Integrate sustainable design principles and incorporate EHS best practices in all projects. Conduct site visits to monitor construction adherence to design Coordinate approvals with local authorities and professional bodies Mentor junior staff and guide them in design, detailing, and execution. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Architecture 3+ years of professional architectural experience—proven track record in residential and commercial project Proficiency in ArchiCAD, Lumion, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite as a minimum Excellent collaborative, verbal, and written communication. Passion for innovative design, sustainability, and attention to detail. Strong leadership and project coordination ability.
