Remote Construction Site Supervisor - Project Oversight

Our client, a leading entity in the construction sector, is seeking a highly capable Construction Site Supervisor to manage project oversight remotely. While project sites are located around Machakos, Machakos, KE , this role is fully remote, focusing on planning, coordination, and quality assurance through digital means. You will be responsible for overseeing construction projects from a remote perspective, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, timelines, and quality standards. This position requires strong organizational skills, a deep understanding of construction processes, and proficiency with remote collaboration tools. As a remote Construction Site Supervisor, your duties will include reviewing project plans and blueprints, coordinating with on-site foremen and subcontractors to manage daily operations, monitoring project progress and identifying potential delays or issues, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and building codes, managing material procurement and delivery schedules, maintaining detailed project documentation, including daily reports and progress photos, conducting virtual site inspections and quality control checks, and liaising with clients and stakeholders to provide project updates. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, coupled with significant experience in construction supervision and project management.
