Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Content Creator and e-commerce representative to develop, curate, and manage engaging content for our e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate is passionate about digital marketing, understands social media trends, and has experience creating high-converting content that drives sales and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Management:
  • Develop high-quality content (images, videos, graphics, reels, and stories) optimized for different social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).
  • Plan and execute content strategies that align with marketing campaigns, projects, product launches, and promotions.
  • Write compelling and SEO-friendly captions, hashtags, and descriptions to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Ensure brand consistency in tone, voice, and aesthetics across all platforms.
  • Edit and repurpose existing content for various formats to optimize performance on different platforms.
E-commerce & Sales-Driven Strategies:
  • Create content that promotes products effectively and drives conversions (product showcases, tutorials, unboxings, customer testimonials, influencer collaborations, real – life projects).
  • Optimise social media content for product listings and landing pages. Update the company website and respond to customer queries.
  • Use social media shopping tools (Instagram Shop, Facebook Marketplace, TikTok Shop, Pinterest Shopping, E-mail campaigns) to drive sales.
  • Track and analyze content performance using analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, TikTok Analytics) to improve strategies.
Community Engagement & Growth:
  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Engage with followers, influencers, and brand advocates to foster a loyal community.
  • Collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors for content partnerships and promotions.
  • Run social media contests, giveaways, and interactive campaigns to boost engagement.
Advertising & Analytics:
  • Assist in creating paid ad creatives for Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and TikTok Ads.
  • Analyze social media insights and report on content performance, audience behavior, and conversion rates.
  • A/B test different content formats, headlines, and CTAs to optimize performance. Collaboration & Trend Analysis:
  • Stay updated on social media trends, viral content, and industry best practices.
  • Research competitors and industry leaders to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with the design, product, and marketing teams to align content with brand goals.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Content Creator, preferably in e-commerce.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools.
  • Proficiency in content creation tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or InShot.
  • Basic video editing skills for short-form content (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts).
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, or Amazon is a plus.
  • Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills.
  • Willingness to visit construction sites and exisiting projects to capture content.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and creativity.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with influencer marketing or affiliate marketing.
  • Knowledge of social media advertising (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads).
  • Knowledge in website creation and/or skills to update website.
  • Basic photography and videography skills.
  • Familiarity with SEO and keyword research for social media content.
