JOB SUMMARY

As a Tire Support Specialist, you will be taking incoming calls from consumers, tire installers, and wholesale distributors assisting with questions or needs related to specific tires or an order that has already been placed. This is a full-time position.In this role you will communicate with customers in a proactive and professional manner across multiple communication channels, including phone, chat, and email. Agents will be asked to transition between the different channels at any time.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Description:· Communicate with customers in a proactive and professional manner.· Respond to questions and provide information while meeting or exceeding customer expectations.· Identify the root cause of inquiries by asking probing questions to determine the best solution.· Maintain required product knowledge to deliver best-in-class service.· Provide insight and support with upcoming steps and stages with reference tools and information.· Ability to explain complex, step-by-step processes to customers over the phone· Articulate features and compare products to ensure customer satisfactionWhat We're Looking For:· 6-12 months of Customer Service· Enthusiastic to help resolve complex issues· Versatile and adaptable to the needs of the day· Retention/Selling experience is valuable· Consistent employment history· An interest to be the best!
