<p><strong>Selectium Kenya</strong> is seeking Inside Sales Representative<strong> </strong>to join our <strong>Hewlett Packard Enterprise </strong>team in <strong>Kenya</strong>.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Job Scope</strong></p><p>The Inside Sales Representative is accountable for generating leads and converting customer interests into sales transactions in coordination with the field sales team and Pre-Sales Engineers.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Main Duties and Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Handle Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) in a timely manner by reaching out to customers for qualification and converting MQLs to Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs)</li><li>Attract prospects and identify lead generation strategies and opportunities contributing towards an annual revenue target</li><li>Drive SQLs and successfully close deals in coordination with the field sales team and Pre-Sales Engineers</li><li>Follow up on a daily basis with customers and partners on open opportunities</li><li>Accelerate pipeline to closure avoiding losing deals and stalled transactions</li><li>Forecast accurate deals on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis</li><li>Complete all product trainings, remain up to date and present the company’s product portfolio to end users</li><li>Ensure Salesforce is always up to date and all activities are logged correctly</li><li>Build quotes in Salesforce and secure discount approvals when necessary</li><li>Follow up on all renewal opportunities across the territory as assigned by the company.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Position Requirements</strong></p><p>Bachelor’s degree in related field.</p><p>At least 2 years of relevant experience generating leads for business growth and managing the existing accounts.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Disclaimer:</strong> This role is posted by <strong>HPE operated by Selectium</strong> (a <strong>Midis Group </strong>subsidiary), who is the sole representative of <strong>Hewlett Packard Enterprise</strong> in the region.</p>
