Your Role

At AlGooru, we're not just building a platform; we're building a future where personalized learning is accessible to everyone. As our Head of Learning, you’ll be at the heart of the tutor community tribe, driving impact by:

  1. Design and establish an impact score for our products (Foundational, Daily Agenda, Exam prep, etc.)
  2. Create new instructional design products (curricula, content, lessons, programs, etc.)
  3. Design and implement innovative, engaging, and effective tutoring experiences to maximize student success.

A Day In Your Life

  • Set high standards for tutor quality, content delivery, and student engagement while developing and standardizing teaching strategies for the tutor community.
  • Innovate and optimize AI-driven, blended, and digital learning experiences to increase student engagement, retention, and effectiveness in 1:1 tutoring services.
  • Leverage data and analytics to track student progress, refine learning models, and continuously improve tutoring strategies and methodologies.
  • Lead tutor training programs and collaborate with AI, product, and development teams to enhance personalized learning solutions and instructional design.
  • Build partnerships with educational institutions, oversee recruitment efforts for high-quality hires, and lead a high-impact learning team to achieve strategic goals.
