Tech Mahindra Business Process Services is looking for a highly skilled Functional Consultant specializing in Fireapps application and its integration with SAP S/4 HANA. The consultant will bridge business requirements with technical solutions, ensuring collaboration between SAP teams and external vendors while delivering projects on time.


Responsibilities

  • Lead functional consulting activities for Fireapps application integration with SAP S/4 HANA
  • Collaborate with SAP teams and Fireapps vendors to design, configure, and implement integration solutions
  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into functional specifications
  • Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to validate integration processes and workflows
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and ensure timely resolution of issues
  • Support testing phases (UAT, SIT) and ensure quality assurance of deliverables
  • Provide functional expertise in troubleshooting and root cause analysis
  • Maintain clear documentation of processes, configurations, and integration points
  • Act as a liaison between business users, SAP teams, and vendors to ensure effective communication
  • Drive continuous improvement by recommending enhancements to integration processes

Skills

  • Minimum 8 years of SAP functional consulting experience
  • Strong knowledge of Fireapps application and its integration with SAP S/4 HANA
  • Hands-on expertise in SAP Finance/Treasury modules preferred
  • Proven ability to manage vendor coordination and issue resolution in complex projects
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
